Nature is food for the soul, but ya still gotta eat!

Food gives our bodies the energy to do what we love to do! Food while camping can sometimes be intimidating, especially while backpacking! You can accomplish having variety, enough carbs, fats, and proteins, and enjoying the taste when camping, in any form!

The food you pack depends on the trip you take. Bringing balance to your meals and making sure you like what you're eating is super important. I'll be the first to admit, I definitely stumble from balanced eating while in the wilderness. The amount of peanut butter on tortillas I've had is disgusting. However, there are things I've learned along the way about how to nourish your body so that you can nourish your soul.
